Founded in 2021, Laserify is a laser engraving company specialising in bespoke, high-quality engraved products. We work with materials including slate, glass, metal, and wood to create awards, plaques, signage, and personalised items for corporate and personal use.

3. Orders and Customisation

All Laserify products are custom-made to client specifications. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all design details, spelling, dates, and artwork are accurate at the time of order approval. Once production has begun, changes may not be possible.

Laserify reserves the right to refuse any order that contains offensive, illegal, or copyrighted material without proper authorisation.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in the applicable currency and are subject to change without prior notice. Payment must be made in full before production begins unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Accepted payment methods will be communicated at the time of purchase. Failure to complete payment may result in order cancellation.

5. Proofs and Approval

Where applicable, digital proofs may be provided for approval before engraving. Production will only commence once the customer has approved the final proof. Laserify is not responsible for errors once approval has been given.

6. Production and Delivery

Production times are estimates and may vary depending on order complexity and volume. Laserify will not be liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including supplier delays, courier issues, or force majeure events.

Delivery costs and timelines will be confirmed at checkout or during order confirmation.

7. Returns and Refunds

Due to the personalised nature of our products, returns and refunds are not accepted unless the item is faulty or differs significantly from the approved design.

If a product arrives damaged or defective, customers must notify Laserify within 48 hours of delivery, providing clear photographic evidence. Approved replacements or refunds will be handled at Laserify’s discretion.

8. Intellectual Property

All designs, images, text, and content created by Laserify remain the intellectual property of Laserify unless otherwise agreed in writing. Customers grant Laserify permission to display completed work for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes unless explicitly requested otherwise.

9. Liability

Laserify’s liability is limited to the value of the product purchased. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our products.

10. Care and Use

Engraved products may require specific care depending on the material. Laserify is not responsible for damage caused by improper handling, cleaning, or exposure to unsuitable environments.

11. Privacy

Any personal information provided to Laserify will be used solely for order processing and communication purposes and will not be shared with third parties except where required to fulfil the order or by law.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the local courts.
